So Where Are We Headed?

15 million Homeowners owe more on their home than what it's worth.
Currently about 69-70 million+/- homeowners in USA.  By end of 2010. 1/2 of all homes will be worth less than what is owed; and 1 in 6 homes in USA will be in foreclosure by then.

Housing  prices will continue to decrease in value 5-8 percent by then. 
No expected real recovery in housing market expaected before 2012.

Inflation is expected as the Gov't continues to print money..  Higher taxes expected to pay for all the newly imposed debt on Americans and finally--realize that the current administration has committed 80 percent of the US GDP to pay for the Bailout.  Economists agree this is unsustainable.  Something has to give!  --It will probably be the standard of living for all. 

We are headed toward total bankruptcy of this country in the very near future unless major change occurs (unlikely).

What good news is the government  touting?  Unemployment is down 1 percent. From 9.5 to 9.4. Wow!  The Realreason-- Over 700,000 job seekers have simply dropped out of the market in recent months and are no longer looking for work and are not  being counted!
