Just as we would not commit our time, effort and and resources to represent a Seller without a formal commitment in writing, our industry requires similiar agreements for Buyer-Clients. 

 If you are not ready to seriously commit to a professional search and would rather bounce from agent to agent, that's your choice, but we do not work that way.  In the end you'll choose an agent to write up an offer anyway.  We simply state, develop a good relationship with your Buyer-Agent.
